Wendigo
I had a Uni project that I could do anything and had to write a report about it.
I picked writing a short story, and later on I pitched it in my capstone class with assets and contacts I had made over time. Unfortunately, it didn’t make it.
However, that didn’t stop me and many of the people I asked for help.
My overall goal for this is to create a live-action vision of the animatic and to see where it goes from there.
To help with this, I created a brief website for team members. Giving them a target, references, freedoom to create and to see how that connects to each other.
Role: Character Modeler
Software: Zbrush,
Techniques: Sculpted,
Year: 2025
I'm currently making a short film in my free time.
My goal is to have in CG monster interacting with the real actors and this is the monster.
Logline: Idiots go out looking for a Monster and find one.
Not the final mask design.
Another goal I have for it is to have muscle sims with a hair sim on top of it.

46 pictures: colour, grey, wireframe.
References & Progress
Bandit’s edition to the Wendigo.
I asked a concept artist friend if he could help before he became too busy. He delivered line art of a less symmetrical face.
Using this, I created something similar to what they did for Jinx from Arcane, where they created a slider for the rig. That transition from her adult face to a more childlike face.
Luc’s edition to the Wendigo.
I asked a narrative designer I know if you could help write a Monster bio to give it to history so I could use it as a reference for texturing and animating.
Thomas' edition to the Wendigo.
Thomas created the Kiss the Cook logo. That pops up all over the ARG.
From the drone shot to being on the monster's apron, etc.
I will add pictures soon, but there are links to what was made.
Muscle Rigging
One thing I wanted to recreate was how Marvel helped bring Thanos to life in Endgame.
Was having the ability to control its muscles in various parts of the body and being able to give the body the ability to have them flex and show veins and muscles.
I wanted to re-create something similar for this project to make it seem as realistic as possible, even if you don’t really see it that much. I hope it helps to drive the fact that it’s a real thing.
